Later this year, Gozo will have the privilege of welcoming the 10th edition of the GTI International Conference, taking place between the 29th and 31st of October. This event, organised by the Greening the Islands Foundation together with the Maltese Government and the MAESHA EU project, is a milestone not only for GTI but also for our island. For three days, Gozo will be at the heart of global conversations on energy, climate resilience, circular economy, and sustainable tourism.
For the Gozo Business Chamber, the opportunity to work closely with GTI has been an important step in strengthening our role as a voice for the business community while aligning ourselves with international partners who share the same vision for sustainable islands. Our Chamber has long stressed the importance of diversifying Gozo’s economy, embracing innovation, and creating a future where growth goes hand in hand with responsibility. Collaborations such as these show that Gozo is ready to take part in the global debate and, more importantly, to contribute to it with ideas and initiatives rooted in our own experience as a small island.
The GTI International Conference is much more than a high-level meeting.
