Project description of activities and specific interventions
Bovlabs showcased a virtual energy management system enabling smart, sustainable EV charging based on driver behaviour, grid status, and renewable availability. Working with CyberGrid, Creara, and Trialog, the demonstration integrated EV charge points, building load and PV simulator, solar prioritisation, and aggregator‑driven demand response to cut costs and emissions.
Key Use Cases:

1. Peak Reduction: Shift or shed loads and activate behind‑the‑meter generation to reduce costly peak demand.
2.  Renewable Maximisation: Align EV charging with real‑time renewable output to boost clean energy use, reduce grid draw, and minimise carbon footprint without compromising user needs.
