Sebastian Tanti Burlò (b.1987) is a Maltese political cartoonist, painter and writer, currently residing in London. His cartoons are published weekly in the Times of Malta since 2014.

Graduated in Architecture + Urban Studies from the University of Westminster (London). Under the name Burlò, he has been exhibited in Malta, Barcelona, Florence and London.

His work combines current affairs, satire and writing to create a socio-commentary of today’s times in bold oil paintings and cutting cartoons. Burlò’s last solo exhibition ANTIC was exhibited at Cicek Gallery in London in August 2024. He is married to the artist Lydia Cecil.
