Helmut Morsi
GTI Specialist Sea Mobility
Dr Morsi holds a doctorate in natural sciences and has broad experience in research and technology, both in the public and private sectors, e.g. at Max-Planck-Institutes, JET Joint Undertaking and European Commission DG-RTD and DG-MOVE.
He was always a close collaborator or right hand of the very top of the EC. Since May 2020 he is now retired.
