Project Objectives
The project is one of the two Ecolabels/white labels in the startup MTiPX. It aims to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture that will:
- Pilot the XEROWASTE Certificate, as it includes Internet of behavior and communication mapping. It is an eco–white-label platform currently under development, which uses digital twin technologies to create proactive and preventive sustainability solutions.
- Measure tangible workplace wellbeing across nine human wellbeing goals through an automated audit (“auto-audit”) system that validates CSR and ESG claims internally. This provides benchmarking tools for ESG and CSR performance, helping to identify and validate deviations between claimed and actual advisor or auditor reports.
- Assess the sustainable impact of wellbeing-based operations, focusing on resource efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Project description of activities and specific interventions
The project provides a platform enabling SMEs to access advisory and capacity-building services across nine targeted wellbeing domains:
1. Strategic Wellbeing
2. Spatial Wellbeing
3. Systemic Wellbeing
4. Sustainability Wellbeing
5. Vocational Wellbeing
6. Financial Wellbeing
7. Mental Wellbeing
8. Social Wellbeing
9. Spiritual Wellbeing
To date, we have reached approximately 500 SMEs offering twin transition services, identifying key barriers and fears related to digital transformation.
The developed framework offers a safe, evidence-based dual-strategy approach to facilitate effective change, ensuring measurable returns in Value on Investment (VOI) and Return on Investment (ROI) both internally and externally.
